This is the most important night for the Boston Celitcs in the last 9 years. After a few monts of the rumors, they finally get one of the best point guards in the league.
At 7:20 PM EST, Shams Charania dropped a much-rumored Woj-esque bomb.

This is a massive deal, especially coming on the heels of all of the LeBron James rumors. Isaiah is a bit better than Irving right now but is 3 years older, seemingly signifying that Boston is going young. Oddly, they included the Nets pick in the deal though, which could signify that they want to go win-now. On the Cleveland side, they clearly are trying to appease LeBron at any cost. This was easily the biggest haul any team has gotten for a star thus far, and it will be interesting to see how this plays out in the future with these two Eastern Conference powers.
Cavs agree to deal Kyrie Irving for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic and 2018 Nets pick, source told ESPN.
