The Oklahoma City Thunder’s Paul George has been sporting a beard for a number of seasons now, which everyone has become accustomed to. Growing out a beard can dramatically change a man’s look. However, in this situation, George shaved his beard off, leaving a short stubble and a moustache.
A tweet from Brett Dawson shows a selfie taken by George this summer, with PG shaving off almost all of his facial hair, leaving him looking like a completely different person.

George has decided to shave his beard, making him look relatively younger than before and almost unrecognizable. George has been getting comparisons to various celebrities, such as Usher. We didn’t expect a change like this to happen, and it’s a new look we can all show appreciation for. Maybe this new identity of George can revive the Thunder from their loss of Carmelo Anthony by altering his game to a whole new level.
George agreed to a four-year, $137 million deal to remain with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Coming into the 2018-19 season, George is averaging 21.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2 steals per game. One of the best two-way players in the league is coming to his 9th season of the career, looking to bring a championship to Oklahoma.
