Fadeaway World

If we can rest assured of something in the NBA, is that all rosters are massively going to change from one season to another and that your team’s future can change in the blink of an eye with a single move.

Superstars are always keen and desperate to make a move and play for a contending team, as even though they try to be loyal to their fan base, they also need to make the most of their primes and try and win a Championship.

And with several stars growing sick and tired of always losing in the playoffs, we wouldn’t be surprised to see several superstars change teams next season. That’s why today, we’re going to let you know about future duos and trios that we might see very soon.

2019-20 New York Knicks

Kemba Walker and Kristaps Porzingis

Kristaps Porzingis is already the New York Knicks’ franchise cornerstone for the future, but even though the team has made great strides to land a starting point guard, neither Burke, Ntilikina or Mudiay look like the answer.

So, with them having enough money and the appeal of being one of the biggest markets in the world, they could land a top-tier scorer of the likes of Kemba Walker to take the Big Apple next to the Unicorn.

2019-20 Los Angeles Clippers

Kawhi Leonard and Jimmy Butler

It’s already well known that Jimmy Butler wants to be the hell out of the Minnesota Timberwolves as soon as possible and that he’d like to join a Championship contender with enough money to offer him a max deal.

On the other hand, Kawhi Leonard wants to play in Los Angeles next season but wouldn’t like to team up with LeBron James, so, with the Clippers having enough money to sign both, this is a huge possibility.

2019-20 Washington Wizards

John Wall, Bradley Beal and DeMarcus Cousins

John Wall didn’t hesitate to speak up the past season about the team’s need to add an athletic big, and even though they landed Dwight Howard, it would be odd to see him stay put at the capital for over one season, especially if they don’t succeed in the playoffs.

On the other hand, DeMarcus Cousins is set to become a free agent and is likely to become an NBA Champion this season, so he could take a lot of money again next season and team up with one of the best backcourts in the NBA.

2019-20 Boston Celtics

Kyrie Irving, Jayson Tatum and Anthony Davis

The Boston Celtics are already scary as they can be, featuring a lot of balance between young talents and proven veterans, but according to several reports, Kyrie Irving has already reached to Anthony Davis about teaming up in the Celtics.

With Davis already done with being snubbed of a Championship and wanting to play for a bigger market, the Celtics could offer the Pelicans a package including Gordon Hayward, Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown and even a future pick.

2019-20 Los Angeles Lakers

Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard and LeBron James

Even though he’s been linked with a move to the New York Knicks next season, Kevin Durant could also just join the Los Angeles Lakers to try and beat his current teammates and help LeBron bring a Championship to LA.

On the other hand, it’s been said around the league that LeBron James is keen and determined to play next to Damian Lillard, and wouldn’t mind if the Lakers traded away Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart and or / Kuzma in order to get him.
