When this clip hit the internet, it went absolutely viral. The way he suspends his body and maintains his balance is really amazing and looks mind-blowing on film. It obviously takes a lot of practice and talent.
So yeah, in case you haven’t already guessed, it’s pretty hard.
That didn’t stop Shaq though, who went out of his way to do an anti-gravity routine of his own. And this one is getting even more attention than Irving’s.

True, Kyrie didn’t need any string or a line of people to hold him up. But, let’s be honest, Shaq’s was way more entertaining.
