Eden Hazard is no longer happy at Stamford Bridge and is keen to head towards the exit door as he enters the final year of his contract with Chelsea FC.
Moreover, Goal reports that the Belgian is hopeful Real Madrid finally make a bid that suits Chelsea’s asking price for their superstar, as he’s constantly shown his desire to be a Galactico.
Florentino Perez has inquired about Hazard’s availability earlier in the past, as he was one of Zinedine Zidane’s transfer targets, but the London club was reluctant to part ways with the winger.
Now, it looks like Maurizio Sarri has opened the door for the 28-year-old, stating that he ‘would like him to stay, but can leave if he wants to’.
Also, with Christian Pulisic set to arrive at Stamford Bridge, it looks like Chelsea’s already planning on moving on from the Belgian standout.
Hazard has already stated that joining Real Madrid would be a “dream move” and that people don’t even have to ask if he wants to play for Los Blancos, as “they already know the answer”.
It looks like the ball is on Florentino Perez’ court right now, but is yet to be seen if he’s willing to offer the 100 million pounds Chelsea’s asking for the Belgium captain.
Otherwise, Hazard is likely to stay put at Stamford Bridge for the remainder of his career, but the team would have to offer him a huge sum of money to top N’Golo Kante’s 290,000 pounds a week.
That’s unless some big money club like Paris Saint-Germain or Manchester City tries to snub the winger out of Stamford Bridge before inking his signature on a contract extension.
