Just minutes after the start of Duke’s game against the North Carolina Tar Heels, Zion Williamson blew threw his Nikes, resulting in a knee injury that kept him sidelined for the rest of the game. As the world awaits the status of his knee, the NBA community has flooded social media, wishing the young star well.
Hope young fella is ok! Literally blew thru his 👟. 🙏🏾

Even former U.S. President Barack Obama responded yesterday…
Zion Williamson seems like an outstanding young man as well as an outstanding basketball player. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Zion Williamson is a talent people are already predicting will translate well into the NBA. As the almost guaranteed #1 overall pick, this injury could be a huge detriment to him if it ends up being something serious.
Let’s hope Zion is okay and is able to show the world just how good he is for this upcoming season. Oh, and Nike, please make sure your sneakers stop exploding like that.
