There is no mistaking it, Lonzo Ball is done with Big Baller Brand. After BBB co-founder and former family friend Alan Foster allegedly embezzled Lonzo out of $1.5 million, the Lakers star has severed all ties with the company, deleting any mentions of it on social media, throwing his shoes away, and now getting his infamous Big Baller tattoo covered up.
The work is done by Herchell Carrasco, who frequently posts videos of his sessions with the young star.
With the Big Baller symbol now transformed into dice, it seems like Ball has severed his final association with the family-owned brand. Where is he headed to next?
On his own Instagram, Ball posted a very cryptic photo, hinting he might be a close to a big reveal with Nike.
Coming off a rather wild sophomore year with the Lakers, Ball is hoping to help his team rebound from yet another wasted season. This summer, granted he stays healthy, he will be up for a very big summer of development. And as he heads to Nike, even more eyes will be on him for this upcoming season.
Hopefully, he can be the star LeBron and the Lakers have desperately been waiting for.
