It happens to the best of us. But for ESPN’s morning show host Max Kellerman, his moment of release just happened to arrive as he appeared in front of millions of sports fans around the world.
On Monday’s edition of ‘First Take,’ Kellerman and Stephen A. Smith were in the midst of talking about Kevin Durant being ejected from Game 1 against the Los Angeles Clippers when he tried to sneakily cover-up a fart by “fake” coughing on the air.

Unfortunately for Max, the internet was not very kind to this exposure. The jokes and memes were going all afternoon.
Still, it should not be anything people take too far. It is, after all, a natural action, and one he clearly had to let rip at that moment. Then again, was it even him at all?
Following the “fartgate” scandal, Kellerman made an appearance on the Dan Le Batard show, where he categorically denied farting on camera.
Regardless, here our attention should lie is regarding their opinions on the NBA playoffs, which are giving the community plenty of twists and turns. As the postseason continues, it will be interesting to hear what Max and Stephen A have to say about how everything transpires.
