Things are getting edgy between Brooklyn and Philly, as the two teams face off in a rather interesting first-round playoff series.
And although the Nets may have lost Game 3, they definitely won the meme battle. In anticipation of their match with the Sixers tonight, Brooklyn fans plastered the streets with posters of Ben Simmons. The disrespect was insane.
The disrespect has reached a new level…

Making fun of Simmons‘ jump shot is a classic joke among NBA circles. For his career, he averages 0.1 attempts per game and has made 0% from beyond the arc. But his woes extend to further than three. Virtually anything outside the paint is a struggle for him.
The Nets clearly attempted to poke fun at that fact.
He finished Game 3 with 31 points, 4 rebounds, and 9 assists. It was an unsuccessful venture.
