German side Bayern Munich is ready to make major changes in their roster ahead of next season and the Bavarians won’t stop until they obtain the players they want in order to recover their old form in Europe. Recently we learned they were following Manchester City’s winger Leroy Sane, even though the team wasn’t interested in selling him.

Bayern has already made three signings at this point; Lucas Hernandez signed with the club a couple of months ago, as well as Stuttgart’s Benjamin Pavard and Hamburg’s Jann-Fiete Arp. Despite having made all those purchases, the team is far from finished with the roster changes they’re planning on doing this summer.

Now the newest target for the Bavarians is Spanish midfielder Rodri, who is followed by half the continent at this point. Kicker (via Sport.de) reports that Bayern Munich is set to battle with other clubs in the old continent, including Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Barcelona, to sign Atletico Madrid star.

Rodri appears to be the perfect replacement for both Javi Martinez in Bayern and Fernandinho in Manchester City, so no wonder why everybody is going after him this summer. In addition, the Teutons keep their pursuit of buying Leroy Sané; this is something that could have taken place a couple of years ago when Sané made himself a known name with Schalke in 2016, but the current Bundesliga champions decided to pass on him, making a huge mistake.

Now their chances to acquire the winger look better than ever, as his participation with the Citizens decreased considerably this season. However, that doesn’t mean Man. City is willing to hand over Sané, as Guardiola plans on giving the German international a bigger role in the team next season.
