This summer transfer window is expected to be a non-stop for Real Madrid, who are eager to boost their ranks with some of the best players in Europe at this very moment. The club has already secured the likes of Luka Jovic and Eden Hazard earlier this week, but that doesn’t mean they are going to stop signing big figures this offseason.
For instance, they have been linked with PSG attacking duo Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr., but seeing the latest statements from the Brazilian, Los Blancos might be chasing only Mbappe from now on and more when they learned the youngster was reportedly ready to join the club.
According to AS, Mbappe, who hinted publicly he may want to move on recently, had informed Madrid’s boss Zinedine Zidane that it would be a dream move for him to join the club. Team’s directives are eager to finally land Mbappe, but first, the 20-year-old has to convince his current team to sell him, so he needs to send the same message to manager Thomas Tuchel that he doesn’t want to stay in Parc des Prince.
It remains unknown what Madrid are going to do now and if they’re able to afford Mbappé should he becomes available, having already committed £229 million on new signings this summer. Yet, the club’s chairman Florentino Perez is claimed to be keen on the idea of bringing Mbappe to Madrid, but he doesn’t want to rush anything in order to keep the good relationships with PSG.
That is why Mbappe himself has to do a little extra work to somehow force his way out of the club and help ease the eventual negotiations between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
