The NBA world was shaken when news of the Paul George trade hit the internet. He will team up with Kawhi Leonard on the Clippers next season, making them easy favorites to come out of the West.
But perhaps even more interesting was the now-questionable future of Russell Westbrook, whose partner in crime was just traded for a bunch of future draft picks. To say the 30-year-old star has no fit with a rebuilding franchise might actually be an understatement.
While tons of speculation has surfaced about where he might be going next, Russ himself may have given an indication as to where he’d like to land.

Whether it was accidental or not, folks are seeing it as a sign that he could be headed to Miami to team up with Jimmy Butler.
The Heat have been one of the top teams in pursuit of Westbrook this offseason, with the belief that they will get a third team involved in the potential deal. OKC will be looking for a return of young players and draft picks.
The Pistons, Magic, and Timberwolves are also expected to show interest in the 8x All-Star.
