It’s the dream match-up that everyone is excited to see next season, four-time MVP LeBron James taking on the latest number one draft pick, Zion Williamson.
The New Orleans Pelicans and the Los Angeles Lakers will go head-to-head on the 27th of November where LeBron will play against the man who is being hyped up to be the heir to the King’s throne.
Former NBA player Earl Watson expects big things from when the two teams meet and believes that LeBron will hit 60 points against Zion Williamson.
“The first time they play, I think LeBron’s going to go for 60.” — @Earl_Watson on the Lakers first matchup against Zion and the Pelicans 🏀

The comparisons between LeBron James and Zion Williamson began during the young star’s time playing in college for Duke. The college sensation had a massive year in college and was always considered a certainty to be selected as the first pick of the NBA Draft.
The battle between Zion and LeBron isn’t the only thing that everyone is excited to see when the two teams meet this season. Many eyes will be on Anthony Davis who was traded from the Pelicans to the Lakers this offseason after he requested a trade in the middle of the 2018-19 season. The Lakers gave up a lot of their future draft picks and young talent including Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram in order to bring Davis to L.A.
If the two teams can stay injury free in the early part of the season then this could be one of the games of the year.
