We already saw the 10 best point guards and shooting guards in the newest edition of NBA 2K, and now it’s the turn of the small forward, that position where we can find the biggest stars in the league at this very moment.

Some of these players have the best overall ratings in the new NBA 2K20, just like they are the best in their position in real life. Plus, there is a huge difference between the first half of the list and the other one, exactly like we imagine will be when the NBA season starts. Let’s take a look at the 10 best small forwards in NBA 2K20, which features plenty of big names.


10. Rudy Gay – 81

Rudy Gay is one of the hardest workers players in the NBA and he remains as one of the best in his position right now, when he’s past his primer. Wherever he went, he played good and has established himself as one of the best players on the San Antonio Spurs roster. Last season, Gay averaged 13.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game earning an 81 overall rating.


9. Brandon Ingram – 81

Brandon Ingram was expected to become a big figure for the Los Angeles Lakers, but the Purple and Gold shipped Ingram, Lonzo Ball and Josh Hart to the New Orleans Pelicans in a trade that sent Anthony Davis to L.A. Even though he won’t be part of the Lakers, Ingram is set to prove his value in the league with his new team and try to display the good things that L.A. people expected from him. Ingram earned an 81 overall rating for this 2K20.


8. Danilo Gallinari – 83

Danilo Gallinari has been one of the most reliable small forwards in the league for a long time. He was good with the Denver Nuggets, continued his good displays with the Los Angeles Clippers and now is set to be one of the leaders of the new-look Oklahoma City Thunder full of young players. Last season the Italian star recorded 19.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists with the Clips, who traded him to the Thunder in the Paul George trade.


7. Bojan Bogdanovic – 83

This guy isn’t the most famous player of all, but Bojan Bogdanovic has earned respect from plenty of people around the league. He was great with the Indiana Pacers and now is set to take on a new challenge with the Utah Jazz, hoping to take the team to win the NBA title in a stacked Western Conference. Bogdanovic posted 18 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2 assists per match with Indy last season, earning an 83 overall rating.


6. Jayson Tatum – 85

Jayson Tatum is seen as one of the future stars in the NBA after all the good things he’s done with the Boston Celtics over the last couple of seasons. This guy has a bright future ahead and the people in charge of 2K know that. Tatum earned an 85 overall rating in this new installment. He’s set to lead the Celtics to win the East this next season alongside Jaylen Brown and newcomer Kemba Walker.


5. Paul George – 93

We have entered the heavyweights territory now, and we start with none other than Paul George, one of the best two-way players in the NBA. PG-13 has been great with both the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder, and now is ready to join forces with Kawhi Leonard in Los Angeles. You see the difference between the first half of the list with Paul rated at 93, while Jayson Tatum was eight points behind him.


4. Kevin Durant – 96

What is left to say about Kevin Durant? One of the deadliest scorers in the world at this very moment. Although he won’t play a single game this upcoming season, Durant is still regarded as one of the best ballers on earth. 2K knows this and gave Durantula a 96 overall rating, sitting on the fourth spot on this list.


3. Giannis Antetokounmpo – 96

Here we have the 2019 NBA MVP with the third spot on the list. Giannis Antetokounmpo has improved his game season after season, becoming one of the biggest stars in the league with all the good things he’s displayed with his Milwaukee Bucks. One would argue that he deserves a higher spot, but the 2K team gave him a 96 overall rating and the third place in this ranking.


2. Kawhi Leonard – 97

Kawhi Leonard is not only one of the best small forwards in 2K20, but one of the two best players in the entire game. The Klaw had a marvelous season last year, taking the Toronto Raptors to win their first-ever NBA championship. Kawhi is ready to join the Los Angeles Clippers and have a similar fate that the one he had with the Canadians. He was given a 97 overall rating for this new edition of the video game.


1. LeBron James – 97

LeBron James has been the highest-rated player in several editions of NBA 2K, and this one won’t be the exception. The 3-time NBA champion didn’t have the best season last year, struggling with injuries, but he’s set to bounce back this campaign with his Lakers, counting with the addition of Anthony Davis. LeBron received a 97 overall rating, edging Kawhi Leonard for the top spot on this list.
