Juventus are ready to strike a deal for yet another Real Madrid player, as they have set their sights on out-of-favor Isco to reinforce their ranks. The Serie A champions are reportedly interested in making a move for the Spaniard amid interest from Premier League sides Arsenal and Manchester City.
Isco, 27, has made 282 appearances for Los Blancos since joining them from Malaga, scoring 48 goals and providing 52 assists. He was regarded as one of the world’s finest attacking midfielders not long ago, but now Isco has fallen down the pecking order under Zinedine Zidane. This season, he has made only five appearances across all competitions for his side.
Manchester Evening News stated Arsenal and Manchester City were interested in signing the Spanish international. Now, according to Tuttosport (via Calciomercato), Juventus are also keen on striking a deal for this guy. The report also states that Real Madrid are demanding €70 million for the attacking midfielder.
Juventus has great names on their roster, but there is no doubt a player like Isco would improve their level considerably. Given his lack of playing time, looking for a new team might be the best for the 27-year-old. However, it remains to be seen if Madrid take a lower transfer fee for him, which is what one imagines Juventus would try to do.
The Zebras keep adding good pieces and this one has everything to be successful at the Allianz Stadium, sharing touches with the likes of Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Gonzalo Higuain.
