LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Bradley Beal is a trio most teams would kill for. In today’s “superteam” hungry community, it’s a partnership that the fans would absolutely adore.

As for Beal himself, it’s not something he’s dreaming out. After his team was dismantled by the Lakers on Friday, Beal was asked if he ever thinks of the possibility of forming a “Big Three” with James and Davis in Los Angeles. His answer was less than enthusiastic.

“I’m good. They’re their own men. They make their own decisions,” Beal said to Chase Hughes at NBC Sports Washington. “At the end of the day, there’s no guarantee you’ll win a championship by jumping ship. Only one team wins. When it comes down to my decision-making, I really factored that in. It looks great, but the grass isn’t always greener.”

Beal has been connected to the Lakers for at least the past couple of years. Rumors of L.A.’s interest and the dire state of the Wizards pretty much had everyone convinced he’d be wearing the Purple and Gold.

Obviously, he seems to be committed to Washington instead. This past fall, he signed a 2-year, $72 million contract extension and has shown nothing but loyalty to the franchise since his debut in 2012.

We’ll just have to leave the images of Beal, James, and the Brow together in our dreams.
