Love him or hate him, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is always doing something that creates a lot of controversies. The Swedish striker is well known for speaking about any matter and any person and this time he called out none other than Cristiano Ronaldo amid rumors linking Ibra to an Italy return.
Ibrahimovic is set to return to Italy for the fourth time in his career with AC Milan his likely destination. It seems he’s trying to spice up any future duels with the Juventus frontman as he told GQ per A Bola:
🇧🇷 “El verdadero Ronaldo es el brasileño”

“I will find the real Ronaldo in Italy? None of it! There is only one Ronaldo, the Brazilian!”
Zlatan is always making bold claims and this one wasn’t an exception. Yet, seeing the amazing career Cristiano has had, it’s unfair to say there is only one Ronaldo.
Of course, Ronaldo Nazario was great, a generational talent widely regarded as the best striker of all time. He had a terrific career, being named World Player of the Year three times and winning two World Cups with national side Brazil.
This is not the first time Ibrahimovic speaks about Cristiano. He told BBC back in January that he didn’t think Ronaldo’s move to Juventus was a challenge despite the 34-year-old calling it that after leaving Real Madrid.
“Why did he not choose a club from a second division a few years ago? Try to become a champion with such a second-division [club] and lead them to the highest level.
“Moving to Juventus is not a challenge at all.”
He told GQ Italia he’ll be joining an Italian side for the fourth time after having spells with the three big clubs of the boot, Juventus, Inter, and Milan, with the latter thought to be his new destination.
