Mohamed Salah is currently one of the best footballers in the world, having improved his level as part of Liverpool following a couple of mixed stints between Chelsea and Roma.
The Egyptian landed in Anfield in 2017 to become one of the biggest figures of the game after helping Liverpool recover their best form, even winning the Champions League trophy last season.
However, things looked different three years ago when the Reds decided to make a move for the forward, who had a bad tenure with Chelsea. When his transfer was originally announced by Sky Sports, many Twitter users were unconvinced and they had some harsh words for Salah.
some great replies on this one https://t.co/uuPfqgzsCT

Fortunately, many have realized they were wrong with their claims after seeing all the good things Mo has done with the Merseysiders.
Mane, Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana etc…
Where is he going to fit in? Quite expensive for a guy where you already have good quality.

Of course, we’ve seen worse reactions than that, but some of these people made bold claims regarding the Egyptian King and his arrival. It all happened because his last stint in the Premier League had come at Chelsea but he never got an opportunity to show his talents.
He only made 19 appearances during his stay in London and moved to Roma on loan in 2015. He did a terrific job in Italy, which prompted Liverpool to make a move for him, and what a great decision they made.
Mo won the Golden Boot as well as Player of the Year in his first season at Anfield, before helping Jurgen Klopp’s men to Champions League glory last year. This year Liverpool are en route to win their first-ever Premier League title and are unbeaten in the league.
It’s mandatory to say this transfer was a great choice by the Reds.
