Every team landed in Orlando with only one goal: trying to win the championship. Some people say it will be difficult to win at the bubble, but that’s hard to believe. All the teams are at the same level, with the same difficulty and playing in a neutral city.

That should give everybody a good chance to compete for the title, even though there are three favorite teams to win the title, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers. However, behind them, you find a couple of squads that can do a lot in Orlando and surprise everybody.

The Toronto Raptors did something similar last season and they’re ready to repeat that this year. According to Serge Ibaka, the Raptors are ready to win their second consecutive championship this year, no matter who is in front of them. Ibaka shared a video on TikTok of the team’s first practice in Orlando.

“First team practice since March. We going back to back,” he wrote.

Last year, the Raptors took the world by storm, defeating the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals before doing the same with the favorites, Golden State Warriors in the Finals. They lost Kawhi Leonard in free agency but they have a great group of players, they have a terrific coach and they haven’t lost that desire to win in the league.

It won’t be an easy job, they’ll have to overcome plenty of good teams and the scenario looks more complicated for them this year. Ibaka has confidence but the Raptors have a lot of work to do to defend their NBA title.
