The NBA is is a star-driven league. With arguably the most recognizable names and faces in all of professional sports, the Nation Basketball Association has done a good job marketing the players that have helped make it so famous.
But as time goes on, the players that we’ve known for years grow older and it becomes apparent that they cannot play forever.
This is why young players/rising stars are some of the most important players in the game. They give the NBA hope and excitement regarding the future, and this season has proved no different.
With the 2019-20 All-NBA Rookie Teams having been finally been released today, we get to celebrate and recognize all the young rookies who have made a name for themselves in their short time playing. And, let me tell you, every name listed has the potential to become a star.
2019-20 NBA All-Rookie teams:
First team: Ja Morant, Kendrick Nunn, Zion Williamson, Brandon Clarke, Eric Paschall
Second team: Coby White, Tyler Herro, Terence Davis II, PJ Washington, Rui Hachimura

Ja Morant is the reigning Rookie of The Year, so his inclusion on this list was a given. Consider all that the helped the Grizzlies accomplish this year, it’s hard to say he hasn’t earned it.
As for Zion Williamson, he only played in 24 games this season, but it was enough to prove he not only belongs in the league but has the talent to become a high-impact superstar.
Kendrick Nunn and Tyler Herro were the two Miami representatives in the lineup, and both have been a huge reason why the Heat are currently just 4 games away from the Finals.
Clarke, Paschall, White, Davis, Washington, and Hachimura round out the remaining players and they all deserve it, but there are plenty more who have a case to be included. No matter your opinions on who should have made it, the NBA is in good hands.
