It’s crazy to think that LeBron James has been around the NBA for 17 years now. He made it to the league with a lot of hype as the undisputed 1st overall pick of the 2003 NBA Draft, and it’s pretty safe to say that he’s surpassed every single one of the expectations.

Nevertheless, there are still some people who doubt LeBron James, guys who criticize him for his losing record in the Finals, and that question his abilities to lead a team to success, even if he’s been doing exactly that for almost two decades now.

That’s why LeBron didn’t waste the chance to call out his doubters with an epic post on his Instagram account, posting a picture of him completely drenched in champagne after leading the Los Angeles Lakers to their 17th NBA Championship, with the caption “SUPER #WashedKing”.

Some people thought that LeBron James was already done and that father prime had finally caught up to him after he suffered the worst injury of his career last season.

Obviously, it’s not normal to see a 35-year-old player run up and down the court, play both ends of the floor, and perform at the highest level the same way he did when he was in his prime.

Then again, it seems like James continues to be in his prime, at least physically speaking, and Anthony Davis’ presence in the offensive end takes a lot of pressure off his shoulders, meaning he could stay in the league for many, many more years.

James believes he’s not getting the respect he deserves so he’s likely going to continue to call out his haters on social media. Needless to say, he’s definitely earned that right.
