The 2021 Rising Stars rosters have been revealed today, with a series of rookies and sophomores getting selected to ‘represent’ their respective teams. As usual, the players would be selected based on the place they’re originally from, creating two teams: US Team and World Team.

The US Team features great players, as usual, led by rookie sensation LaMelo Ball and sophomores Zion Williamson and Ja Morant, the 2020 Rookie of the Year. Tyler Herro, James Wiseman, Anthony Edwards, Michael Porter Jr., and Keldon Johnson also make an appearance on this roster.

As for the World Team, RJ Barrett is featured as one of the best players there. Facundo Campazzo of the Denver Nuggets was also selected, just like interesting names like Luguentz Dort, Precious Achiuwa, Deni Avdija, Brandon Clarke, and more.

This season, the game won’t be played but the NBA, along with internet sensation Top Shot, decided to announce the participants of this match. It seems like the game would have been lopsided for US Team seeing their firepower but we won’t find out if that was true or false.

These selections still count for these players but it won’t be the same that watching them going at it. The NBA All-Star Game is taking place next Sunday, with a condensed schedule that won’t have this game as one of the activities to watch in Atlanta.
