Aside from how well they’ve started the season, what do Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, and Ja Morant have in common? They’ve all now received overall upgrades in NBA 2K. Curry and Durant were 2 of the 4 highest-rated players in the game at the start of the season with LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo at 96.

But now, Curry and Durant’s excellent start to the season has been rewarded with a 1 point overall boost, bringing them up to 97 each. Both players now hold the position of the highest-rated players in the game, with LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo right behind them.

As for Ja Morant, he has been on fire this season and making a case for an All-Star nomination and consideration to be Most Improved Player. And his hot streak has granted him access to the 90 overall club in 2K, as he got a 1 point overall boost, bringing him from 89 to 90.

Curry has been sensational, putting up MVP numbers. He has averaged 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists, and led the Golden State Warriors to the best record in the NBA with 13-2.

Kevin Durant hasn’t been far behind, also putting up MVP numbers. Durant is averaging 28 points per game and almost 8 rebounds per game. Surprisingly, Durant got overlooked by Nets fans, who gave Steph Curry MVP chants despite KD’s incredible performances so far.

As for Morant, he has been a big surprise this season. Morant’s numbers, while not as strong as Curry’s or KD’s, have still been solid. He is putting up 26 points and 7 assists a game. On top of that, he led the Grizzlies to a win over the Golden State Warriors, something only one other team has been able to do.

All three players have been spectacular and will be hoping to continue this good run of form over the course of the season. As things stand, all three of them will be taking part in the NBA All-Star game this season. But the season is still early, and things could change from now, until the end of the year.
