The Ben Simmons slander continues, and it won’t stop at least until free agency hits. The Australian point guard left a lot to be desired this season, struggling with jumpers, struggling at the free-throw line, and making questionable decisions in crunch time.
After the Philadelphia 76ers were eliminated from the 2021 NBA playoffs, plenty of people started blasting him. Not even Philly fans want to see him on the team right now, making things very hard for Ben.
Moreover, somebody saw all the memes about Simmons and decided to make an edit, putting the 24-year-old on the Shanghai Sharks roster.

In case you don’t know, it’s been common to see people tweeting how certain NBA players would play in the Chinese Basketball Association. They often use Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant to make these jokes. Well, this time, somebody put Simmons on the Chinese team’s roster, sparking a lot of reactions on social media.

Simmons’ case is very curious. He went from shooting jumpers consistently during his rookie year to not even attempt a jump shot now. This offseason is crucial for him and his team.
Some say he’s living his last days in Philly, but time will tell how Daryl Morey and the front office handle this matter.
