Russell Westbrook and John Wall starred in a very heated moment during the Houston Rockets 107-88 win over the Washington Wizards, who can’t catch a break during the 2020/21 NBA season. The capital team fell to 3-10 in the Eastern Conference, ranking 15th, being one of the worst teams in the league.

This game had everything, including Westbrook and Wall’s heated exchange. These two players were involved in the blockbuster trade that sent them to Washington and Houston and it seemed like they had some things to say to one another during the game. They went at it and earned a double technical foul but that wasn’t the most interesting part of this.

While Westbrook barked at Wall, Bradley Beal was spotted staring down Brodie with a curious expression on his face.

Beal and Wall shared a moment before the start of the game, making it clear there is no beef between them. Both players moved on and even though Wall wanted to make a statement against the Wizards, he had nothing bad to say about his former teammate.

After the game was over, Wall and Westbrook talked about their incident, with Westbrook claiming the Rockets started to talk “sh*t” because they are on a good streak right now but he said they will play again and the result would be different.

“Listen I don’t start talking sh*t. I defend myself ’cause I don’t allow people to just say anything especially I know the facts pertaining everyone on the court … I think they just talking sh*t ’cause they just started winning. We will play them again.“

As for Wall, he praised Westbrook for his game, stating that Russ has been dominating him over the past couple of years.

“Russ been kicking my a** for years. He’s a hell of a talent.”

Wizards and Rockets will clash again next February 15. Nobody knows how they will land to that game, but we can assure you it will be one with a lot of emotions. The first one made a lot of headlines, especially with Beal staring down his teammate. It’s unclear what this actually meant but the situation isn’t good for Scott Brooks’ team.
