A teenager from Minneapolis is going viral after he made one of the best plays of summer basketball. Chet Holmgren, one of the best prospects around the U.S. humiliated NBA star Stephen Curry at his own camp. Talk about disrespect.
The 7-foot basketball prodigy from Minnehaha Academy attended the SC30 Select Camp when he pulled off a nasty behind-the-back crossover on the 2x NBA MVP Curry, then left the guard behind to go for a two-handed dunk.
It’s fair to say that Curry wasn’t giving his best at defense, but the way the teenager moved the ball, being that tall, is pretty impressive. With those skills, Holmgren is seen as a very promising prospect in basketball. According to 247 Sports, he ranks as the fourth-best recruit in the country in the Class of 2021.
Steph Curry's camp includes 30 of the best high school basketball players in the country, including this skilled giant. Chef is already watching what these guys are going to do when they make it to the big leagues, and this time he was the one who got cooked.
