In Cleveland, LeBron James controlled the basketball world.
In Los Angeles, he owns it. It hasn't been a month yet, and he has yet to don a Laker jersey on the court, but LBJ's move to the Lakers is probably already amongst the biggest superstar moves of the past decade.
This afternoon, in Las Vegas, King James made his first public appearance since announcing his decision to join the Lakers. And, as you may have guessed, it was quite the show.
He arrived wearing "Laer" printed shorts... and they're literally already sold out.
Then, as the game progressed, he showed love to multiple teammates and individuals, including Josh Hart, Brandon Ingram, and his ex-coach Tyronn Lue.
All this hype, and he hasn't even played a game yet.
This is going to be fun.
