Top 15 Worst Free-Throw Shooters So Far This Season


Even though it isn't the most exciting of plays in basketball, the free throw may well be one of the most important ways of scoring in basketball, as it's basically free points -- hence the term 'free throw' -- but the points are only free if you can actually hit them.

When it comes to FT's, usually guards are among the best shooters in the league, with players such as Steph Curry, Steve Nash and Mark Price all holding a 90%+ free throw average. On the opposite end of the scale, big men such as Shaquille O'Neal, Dwight Howard, and DeAndre Jordan are among some of the worst shooters in NBA history.

As you'll see below, however, the usual free throw stereotypes may have been broken, as we list the top 15 worst free throw shooters so far this season.
