The Sixers are primed for another big year following their 52-win season.
With another year of growth for Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, they'll likely be competing for an Eastern Conference Finals trophy in May.
Yet, even despite what they currently have, one big question mark still remains regarding the Sixers' future going forward: Markelle Fultz.
The 2017/18 campaign was rough for him, to say the least, and was followed by a lot of doubts about whether or not this kid can really play. All season long, while rehabbing from injury, the team was apparently working with him to re-forge his broken shot.
Now, with the new season fast approaching, Brett Brown and the Philadelphia coaching staff are happy with what they are seeing.
As the source says here, Fultz will be thrust into a big role right away, with hopes he'll have enough confidence to hold his own.
It'll be interesting to see if, after all this time, Fultz really is the player everyone thought he'd be when he was drafted #1 overall just two summers ago.
