Despite being 35 years old, playing in his 17th season in the league, LeBron James keeps dominating, even though he seems to be carried by Anthony Davis since the bubble started. James is nothing but great and has seen a lot of things in the association since he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. That experience and the level he keeps showing are impressive, but that doesn't prevent people from joking about LeBron's age. +
Anthony Davis took a funny jab at the King following the Lakers' 111-88 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. AD dropped 31 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the purple and gold to tie up their playoffs series. After the game, Davis joked about Bron's age and the King responded in a great fashion.
“He’s seen it all in the 25 years he’s been playing,” AD said.
As to that, James had a great response, calling out his teammate and making sure he never repeats that.
“F—- you," LeBron shouted in the back. Short and simple.
Davis also discussed his relationship with the King, explaining how important LeBron is for him and the team.
"Our relationship has been great the entire season. I've kind of just been leaning on him this entire season, just trying to figure out the tricks [of the] trade of playing with a guy like him and a team like this. He kind of has been there for me and supporting me and kind of guiding me through this entire process."
The Lakers didn't start the playoffs the best way. The suffered a hard loss against the Blazers in the first game but now things have changed. After Game 2, this team looks confident to win three more games and eliminate Damian Lillard and his dangerous team.
