There have been a lot of rumors coming and going regarding the Kawhi Leonard situation, as the reigning Finals MVP is - besides DeMarcus Cousins - the last superstar of this free agent class to make a decision on his future.

Several people thought the Los Angeles Clippers were going to get him right away at the start of free agency, while others thought that winning the NBA Championship was going to be more than enough to convince him to extend his stay with the Toronto Raptors.

Later on, it was the Los Angeles Lakers the team that reportedly was on the driver's seat to sign Leonard right away at the start of the week.

3 days later and we're still here, waiting for the former San Antonio Spurs man to let us all know where he's going to play starting next season.

To make things even worse for anxious NBA fans like us, Cris Carter just reported that Kawhi is nowhere near close to making a decision as of right now and that all the three teams - even the Clippers, who some claimed were already out of the race - still have a shot at convincing him.

Leonard has always been known for his ostracism and quiet personality, so the fact that he's keeping us all in the dark regarding his future shouldn't be a surprise at all.

However, several other free agents, like Danny Green, for example, are still waiting to see where Leonard's going to end up before making a decision of their own.

Kawhi has steadily and quickly worked his heart off to become the league's best two-way players and he's already proven that he's got what it takes to lead almost any team to the NBA Finals, so hopefully, the team that gets him is going to become the league's next biggest force.
