NBA fans are licking their lips for tonight’s gigantic NBA Wednesday. Twelve games are scheduled tonight with some interesting plays for DFS players due to the considerable amount of injuries on paper.
In one of the more intriguing games of the night, the Indiana Pacers (29-22) host the top seed in the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers (35-15). Cleveland are coming off one of their biggest wins of the season against the Wizards and will be looking to continue their strong start to the month. Meanwhile, the Pacers have finally begun to find their ‘mojo’. After a strong offseason, many fans and writers pictured the Pacers as the strongest team to contend the Cav’s but have failed so far. Indiana will be looking for their eighth straight victory which would almost propel them to fourth in the east. Tipoff is at 7 PM ET for this Eastern Conference duel.
In other news, the Miami Heat (22-30) look for an unbelievable twelve straight victories as they visit Milwaukee to face the Buck’s (22-28). Miami have positioned themselves for a surprising playoff run and are now only two games behind eighth seed Detroit. Miami have Dion Waiters and Goran Dragic to thank for the impressive run with both guards combining for an average of 44 points in the eleven game win streak.

Each day I will be providing you guys with advice to help you score well in FanDuel to give you the best possible chance to succeed. This will range from high-priced superstars to value players to cheaper players who can carry upside. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date with everything basketball!
Kosta Koufos (FanDuel: $4,900)
DeMarcus Cousins has already picked up sixteen technical fouls before the All-Star break resulting in an automatic suspension. Is anyone really surprised? Kosta Koufos is likely to draw the start and with more minutes comes more production. Koufos is a nice sleeper for tonight’s game.
Michael Carter-Williams (FanDuel: $5,000)
Carter-Williams has been outstanding in the absence of Jimmy Butler averaging 22 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5 assists over his past two starts. With Jimmy Butler once again questionable with a lingering heel injury and Golden State defensive perimeter stopper Klay Thompson away from the team due to death of family member, Carter-Williams may be in for another big game.
Bojan Bogdanovic (FanDuel: $4,200)
Bogdanovic has been impressive the past seven games scoring double-digits in each one. The small forward Croatian is coming off one of his better games of the season in a tight loss to the Hornets scoring 22 points to go with five rebounds. At such a cheap price, Bogdanovic has been producing quite well.
Bradley Beal (FanDuel: $7,400)
Bradley Beal showed Monday night on national television against the Cavaliers that when healthy, is one of the most dangerous shooting guards in the NBA. Beal finished with 41 points, five rebounds, 8 assists and 6 made threes against the Cav’s. This wasn’t Beal’s only good recent game. Beal has now scored 20 plus in the past four out of five games. With Wall distributing the ball at an alarming rate, Beal is always going to be putting shots up and against the worst defense in the league, you would be stupid not to start him.
Mike Conley (FanDuel: $7,500)
Conley’s last outing against the Suns was astonishing. He finished with a career-high 38 points, 9 assists, 6 rebounds and 7 made three’s. Phoenix are the second worst defense in the league and give up an astounding 32 points to opposition point guards. Look for Conley to once again exploit that weakness.
LaMarcus Aldridge (FanDuel: $7,600)
With Kawhi Leonard missing last game, LaMarcus recorded a double-double in a blowout loss. Leonard is questionable once again and if he can’t go, Aldridge usage will go through the roof. Philadelphia give up a league worst 30.6 points to opposing big men.
Isaiah Thomas (FanDuel: $10,400)
Isaiah is on a different planet at the moment. If you’re going to pick a superstar player that is quite pricey, pick Thomas. Thomas is averaging 49.1 FanDuel points the past five games and 34.3 points per game the past 30 days.
Kevin Durant (FanDuel: $10,300)
Kevin Durant was awful last game. Simply awful. Probably, one of THE worst games of his career. Why is he on this last? Because superstars of Durant’s capabilities don’t have games like this twice. Expect a huge redemption game from KD.
Blake Griffin (FanDuel: $9,400)
Things are starting to click for Blake since his return from a lengthy absence. Blake is averaging 47.5 FanDuel points his past four games and coming off an impressive triple-double against the Raptors is a must start for all DFS owners.
