LeBron James is currently sidelined with a high ankle sprain, not playing since March 20, the day Solomon Hill of the Atlanta Hawks rolled over his ankle, leaving the Lakers without their biggest figures. This only worsened the Lakers’ crisis but things could change very soon for the purple and gold.

The King is apparently teasing a return to the court in recent days and his activity on social media points out that he’ll be back in no time. That is great news for the Lakers but Mario Chalmers believes that’s really bad for the rest of the NBA.

The former Miami Heat player recently talked about his ex-teammate, claiming that LeBron James missing so much time sidelined will be a problem for the competition. He will activate his playoff mode and with a rested body, Bron could unleash the beast in the West postseason (58:59 timestamp).

“This much rest is bad for their opponent,” Chalmers said on ‘The Posecast’. That man is doing treatment 19 times a day in the pool. He’s just he just saving his body. That’s all he’s doing, resting his body.

“I always say that Bron has one of the greatest basketball minds I’ve ever been around. Seeing things dissecting plays, knowing what teams about to run. I’ve never played with someone like that. All you doing is getting more time and you can’t do that. You got to keep going. Wear him down… This is gonna be scary. That’s why I said I’m interested to see how they come back.”

After winning the 2020 NBA championship, LeBron and the Lakers are ready to defend their title. The rest of the league should be on notice that this man will be refreshed for the final stretch of the season and that will be a big issue for the rest of the teams.

Chalmers saw firsthand how dangerous Playoffs LeBron is and he warned everybody that the bad man is coming and it’s not clear who will be able to stop him.
