Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden have had some back and forths ever since the latter showed his disagreement with the NBA Media giving the Milwaukee Bucks star the 2019 NBA MVP award. That sparked a flame inside Giannis, who took some aims at the Houston Rockets star on more than one occasion.

However, the Greek Freak knows Harden’s talent is huge and he’s one of the most skilled players in the league, very dangerous when attacking the rim. During a recent Instagram live, the 25-year-old was asked who he considered the hardest player to guard in the association, and he picked none other than the Beard.

Giannis took his time to think of his answer, but he ultimately selected James Harden, one of his nemesis in recent times.

There have been comments thrown both ways here, but you can say Giannis made the biggest ones in recent times. During the NBA All-Star draft, he took a big shot at Harden, saying he wanted to pick players who pass the ball.

If that wasn’t enough, he claimed his team’s plan during the last minutes of the 2020 All-Star game was to attack Harden and look for the player he was guarding.

Well, even though he gets a lot of bad comments for his defense, Harden is still seen as one of the biggest threats to rivals in the league. If you had any doubts about it, Giannis words’ should be helpful with it.
