Giannis Antetokounmpo isn't the only star to have been not the cusp of a major career decision. Stars like LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant, and Paul George have all been faced with having to choose between one team or another.

Unlike all of them, though, Antetokounmpo stayed with his squad instead of jumping ship to join a new one. And, unlike them, his Bucks jerseys remained a symbol of pride for fans.

With his new extension keeping him in town for five years, the Greek Freak chose loyalty over ring chasing. And, in a recent chat with the media, Giannis acknowledged one of the biggest perks of staying put: not having to deal with the angry fans and the jersey burning celebrations that come with it.

Needless to say, all of Milwaukee is breathing a sigh of relief. With Giannis, they'll be contenders for years to come -- and might be on track to win multiple Championships.

Giannis, 26, is a 4x All-Star, 4x All-NBA player, and 2x NBA MVP. Whether or not he can add a title to that resume remains to be seen.
