Here's What KAT Told The Timberwolves About Him And Jimmy Butler

You're probably getting tired of hearing this narrative, but Jimmy Butler and Karl-Anthony Towns do not like each other.

Whether it's just on the court, or it translates to off-court life as well, it's clear that the two just don't mix well together.

This statement is so true that KAT literally pulled an "it's him or me" on the Wolves, a move that could jeopardize the franchise's future forever. (via Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN):

I’m led to believe that a big reason why he hasn’t signed it is that he – through his agent, Leon Rose – went to the Wolves and said, “Hey, I can’t coexist with Jimmy. Do something about it.” So, Figure out the Jimmy situation. On top of that – whether it’s right or wrong, this is the way he feels – that it’s been Jimmy and Thibs ganging up on him.

What started out as a mini dream team experiment for the Timberwolves, has quickly become an unmitigated disaster. We're not sure how the relationship got this bad, but it seems beyond repairable at this point.

Basically, it is an all-out war between the stars, and by the end of it all, one of them will be playing elsewhere.

Determining who that player will be is only a decision the team can make, but if they don't act fast, they could lose both.
