Shannon Sharpe and the Memphis Grizzlies are the hottest topic in the NBA right now after the former NFL player-turned-analyst got into it with Ja Morant’s father, Tee Morant, Dillon Brooks, and other Grizzlies players.

This situation escalated really quickly after Sharpe told something to Dillon Brooks, who was in charge of guarding LeBron James during the game. This was an unfortunate situation that could have been handled in a different way, but tempers flared, and everybody had something to say to Sharpe

Even though the NFL Hall of Famer and Tee Morant made amends and showed love to each other before the game ended, not everything was cool for the rest of the Grizzlies crew. In fact, Dillon Brooks took a big shot at Sharpe after the game, completely ignoring who he is and calling him a ‘regular pedestrian.’

Ja Morant Didn’t Even Address Shannon Sharpe After Incident With His Father Tee

But Brooks wasn’t the only one making these types of comments, as Ja Morant joined him and didn’t even bother to address Shannon or the incident. While talking with reporters, he had a cold-blooded response to the situation.

“Nah,” Morant said, per ESPN. “I ain’t going to address that. I’m going to let him live today.”

Things were different for Tee, who clarified Sharpe didn’t do anything and they were just talking like they do in South Carolina.

“Shannon didn’t do anything,” Tee Morant told ESPN. “Hey, he was doing like we do in South Carolina. We talk our s—. … South Carolina, stand up!”

When he was doing what he does best, hyping up LeBron James, Sharpe started a big situation that was quickly shut down. However, the Grizzlies players aren’t done with him, and perhaps their next showdown in Los Angeles can get a little chirpy too.

The Lakers won this game, snapping the Grizzlies’ winning streak, with some fans saying they dedicated the win to Shannon Sharpe.
