Jamal Murray recently starred in a very sad moment when he went down with a torn ACL in his left knee. This injury will have him sidelined indefinitely, which hurts the Denver Nuggets really bad. The player was just returning from an injury and picked another up on Monday night when the Nuggets lost to the Golden State Warriors.

Obviously, the biggest loss wasn't reflected on the scoreboard. Murray is the second-best player on the team and his presence will be very missed on the court for the next year or so. He's already getting prepared for his comeback, trying to return at the best level. The point guard took to Instagram to share an encouraging message for him, his teammates, and fans.

"Can take the dog out the fight...BUT YOU AINT NEVER GON TAKE THE FIGHT OUT OF THE DOG," he captioned a picture of him being helped off the court on Monday.

Last year, he was one of the biggest stories in the bubble and he was trying to reach that level this season, too, but his body let him down this time. Nikola Jokic, Michael Porter Jr., and the rest of the Nuggets will miss him if they want to compete for one of the top spots in the Western Conference.

Murray is one of the best point guards in the league for the future. Everybody is wishing him and speedy and full recovery so we can keep watching him doing his magic on the floor.
