The L.A. Clippers have gotten off to a pretty solid start this season, boasting a 13-4 record through the first 17 games.

And while Kahwi's quiet and reserved demeanor has been a major concern for critics, his performance this season has been nothing short of dominant.

In a chat with The Athletic, the Clippers star spoke for a bit about his seemingly effective leadership style.

“Like I said before, I’m not a rah-rah guy. I come out, tell my teammates what we need to do to win, see what’s happening out there on the floor without going all over the place,” Leonard said, via The Athletic.

While Kawhi has been dubbed a "Fun Guy" by some of his peers, his chill, laid-back attitude is just a part of who he is at this point.

Love it or hate it, it's hard to deny the results. With 4 All-Star appearances, 2 Defensive Player of The Year awards, and two NBA Championships on two different teams, he's clearly got a system that works for him, and the Clippers are thriving.
