Fresh off their Championship win last month, the LA Lakers have followed-up with a series of impressive moves in free agency, which includes the acquisitions of Dennis Schroder, Marc Gasol, Montrezl Harrell, and Wesley Matthews.

Boasting on the things they've been able to do this offseason, ESPN analyst, and LeBron James superfan, Kendrick Perkins spoke on the Lakers free agency, and how they're "bullying" their inter-city rivals like the character Deebo in the 1995 movie 'Friday.'

It's hard to deny the Lakers have been the winners of the 2020 offseason. They were able to keep several important players like KCP and Markieff Morris while improving their depth with Trez, Schroder, Wes, and Gasol.

Besides trading away Landry Shamet and adding Serge Ibaka, which was definitely a good move, the Clippers haven't been nearly as active. With just weeks to go until the start of the new season, it remains to be seen what they can do before the opening tip-off.

But if they don't act fast to find a deal that makes the team better, they could end up with another disappointing finish -- which will only further the rhetoric that they are the second-best team in LA.
