Draymond Green Responds To A Fan Who Says He Got A 'Rare W': "Only A Loser Would Say Draymond Got A Rare W! You Clearly Don't Know What Winning Is."

When one looks at Draymond Green's season averages, one might not immediately realize how good he is. But Green is one of those players whose impact on his team doesn't immediately jump out. He is one of the best defenders and facilitators in the game, and even if his scoring can be inconsistent at times, Green still provides a lot for the team.

Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma has recently lauded Draymond Green, asking the public if they knew how good Green was. Draymond Green had a stellar performance against the Phoenix Suns on Christmas, tallying 8 points, 8 rebounds, 10 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. It is quite obvious even if we don't look beyond the box score that Draymond Green was doing a little bit of everything on the court, with the defense clearly being the most outstanding part.

There is no question that the Golden State Warriors wouldn't have the same success this season without Draymond Green being the anchor of their defense and their vocal leader. The Warriors currently have the best record in the NBA with a 27-6 record, and there are many people who believe that they could the 2021-22 NBA championship.

The Golden State Warriors aren't even at full health yet, as Klay Thompson and James Wiseman haven't yet touched the floor for them yet. Klay Thompson would give them another excellent marksman even if he isn't at All-Star form, while James Wiseman would help them offensively as a lob threat on the interior, with some ability to stretch the floor as a center.

There are certainly other teams that are contenders in the league. The Brooklyn Nets have been scary good even without Kyrie Irving, while the Phoenix Suns are right on the Warriors' heels in the Western Conference. However, the Warriors are the clear best team record-wise right now, and we'll have to wait and see if their play translates into the playoffs.
