LeBron James' Dunks From Year 9 To Year 19 Show Just How Incredible His Longevity Is: “Appreciate Him While You Can Cause This Is Not Normal.”

LeBron James has had one of, if not the greatest career in NBA history. Unlike so many legendary figures in the past, who began to decline as they grew older, James has played at a consistently elite level throughout his entire career. And even in year 19, James is one of the best players in the league with the way he is playing.

One of James' biggest weapons in his arsenal is his athleticism. At 6'8, James is one of the most athletic players in NBA history. The way he moves with the ball at his size, and his ability to finish at the rim is almost unparalleled. And that athleticism has barely declined as he has grown older.

One image, created by Twitter user @Bronhistory, and shared by Overtime, shows how consistently incredible James has been. The image features some of James' most ferocious dunks, all the way from his 9th season, when he played for the Miami Heat, till his 19th season. And each dunk looks equally as impressive, regardless of the age, James has been while the dunk took place.

James entered the NBA with much hype and fanfare, with Sports Illustrated even dubbing him 'The Chosen One' before he stepped into the league. And from his rookie season till now, James has been one of the best players in the NBA, constantly in the mix for an NBA championship, and for individual accolades like MVP.

LeBron's longevity is truly incredible. In fact, he and Kevin Durant are leading the NBA in scoring right now, just as they did 12 years ago in 2010. On top of that, James has been in the top 5 scorers in 2006 and in 2022, despite 16 years having passed. LeBron has been aging like fine wine and has shown that he can still play at an incredibly high level.
