LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers fnd themselves in a favorable situation, sitting with a one-game lead over the Raptors in the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
Despite their position, though, the team hasn't exactly played very well this postseason. Rather, they've been lead by the best player in the world in nearly all of their wins so far. This stat, pointed out by user Reddit mccainjames11, proves just how little help King James has had this season:
Believe it or not, J.R. Smith is the first Cavs player of the year not named LeBron to score 20 points in the playoffs (he scored 20 on Tuesday night). And while LeBron's roster hasn't been very good the whole season, the fact that he has them this far with his teammates doing so little really speaks volumes to how special the guy really is.
The only question now rests on how much more James will have to do if he wants to give his team a chance to win the Finals this season...
