Minnesota Timberwolves Have Interest In Two Former Bulls

Publish date:

The Minnesota Timberwolves have re-faced their franchise the past few seasons.

Lead by Tom Thibedaou, the team has become a very formidable Western Conference playoff threat. They play with heart and find strength in their defensive power.

In a new report by Jon Krawczynski, they are going to continue displaying that style with the hopes of signing these two players in the near future:

Luol Deng (who will soon be released by the Lakers) and Joakim Noah (who will be a free-agent son as well), are both on the Wolves' radar.

Considering the team already had Jimmy Butler, Derrick Rose, and Taj Gibson, it seems the front-office is keen on trying to re-forge the old Chicago Bulls team of a few years ago.

This strategy, though, may not yield the results they are hoping for.
