Stephen Curry has redefined how basketball is played. Bridging the gap between old-school and new-school ball, Curry's amazing shooting talents is what really started the era of point guards, small ball, and perimeter shooting.

But before he was a 2x MVP, before he lit the world on fire, Curry was just a kid who wanted to take in everything he could.

Speaking in an appearance on "VLAD TV," former NBA guard Muggsy Bogues described a but about what the young Steph was like, being on the Hornets with him and his dad in the 90s.

“He was like a little sponge, you know, soaking up information everywhere he went. Dell and I played 11 years together. Nine in Charlotte and two years in Toronto, so Steph is like a little nephew to me,” Muggsy Bogues said of the Warriors sharpshooter, via " target="_blank" rel="noopener">VLAD TV.

“I’m just so grateful to be here to be witness what he’s able to do with his career. I mean it’s remarkable, he’s considered one of the greatest shooters of NBA all-time.”

Muggsy did not go down in history as an All-Time great player, but it is admirable what he was able to do as a 5'-3" NBA player, averaging 7.7 points, 7.6 assists, and 2.6 rebounds per game on 45.8% shooting.

As for Steph, it seems his teachability really paid off.

Over 11 years, he has surpassed his Father in terms of legacy, and that's no small feat. A 6x All-Star, 6x All-NBA player, and 3x Scoring Champ, Steph is truly one of the greats.

If his children are as attentive as he was, who knows what they'll be capable of when they grow up...
