Nikola Vucevic Jokes With Detroit Pistons About Chicago Bulls’ Covid Outbreak: “How About A Game Of 3X3?”

The Chicago Bulls are struggling significantly right now. The Bulls recently suffered a COVID outbreak within their team, with a large number of players testing positive for the virus. As a result, the team asked for their upcoming games to be suspended, as they didn't have enough players to field a team.

The league accepted their request, and their upcoming 2 games have been postponed. This will come as bad news for the Bulls, as they were starting to develop good form, and had seen a great resurgence in their performances as a franchise. But despite the grim omen, one Bulls star has been able to keep his sense of humor going.

Nikola Vucevic took to Twitter to react to the news of the Bulls' COVID outbreak. He joked with the Detroit Pistons Twitter account, asking whether they'd be willing to play the Bulls in a game of 3 vs. 3, given how few players the Bulls have available to them going forward.

Clearly, Vucevic is trying to keep spirits high during this difficult time for the Chicago Bulls. On top of that, he has been struggling over the last few games, especially on the shooting front. Prior to the suspension, Vucevic acknowledged his dip in form and took responsibility for his poor shooting form

This Bulls' run has been halted temporarily so that the franchise can focus on getting their players recovered and cleared from the NBA's health and safety protocols. This could be significantly detrimental to them, as we've seen in the past how players who entered health and safety protocols have struggled to find their form upon returning.

Chicago will be hoping that their players are able to find their form as soon as possible upon returning. But they should accept the fact that they will have a poor run of form and will end up losing at least a few games.
