The Minnesota Timberbulls was a popular meme this summer.

Funny thing is, that light-hearted joke is well on its way to becoming reality.

According to Shams Charania, the Wolves have reached an agreement on a contract with recently released Luol Deng for one year, $2.4 million.

It's not known exactly what role Deng will have for the team, but he'll hopefully provide some leadership and defensive intensity on the floor.

And now, paired with Butler, Gibson, and Rose, a mini Bulls reunion has been created in Minnesota.

And, with Joakim Noah reportedly being available via trade, there may be more ex-Bulls players on the way.
