Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort starred in a wholesome moment on Tuesday when the former received his vaccine for the COVID-19. This is a very important step to make sure people are safe from this evil disease that has affected the entire world and changed the way we're living our lives.

The Oklahoma City Thunder players got their shot on Tuesday but it seemed like Shai needed a little help. The point guard doesn't like needles and that will always be a problem when he's getting a vaccine. Well, that's exactly what happened yesterday for the former Los Angeles Clippers player. Fortunately, Dort was there and he made sure to help Shai get the shot.

He held his hand while the medical staff did their thing and the Thunder's PR team caught that moment and shared it on social media.

It is really good to see the camaraderie on the team and how they are there for each other. Dort is a very good player, believed to be one of the best defenders in the league in the future, and a very good leader. Well, he's showing all his qualities in this pic.

The Thunder have a bright future ahead and if these two keep their development, the team will have a lot of things to be happy about. They have a young group that will make noise in the league and if that doesn't work, they will have over 30 picks in the next seven years. Just like Shai with the vaccine, the Thunder will be protected for the next couple of seasons.
