Giannis Antetokounmpo is making sure nobody steps on his way to greatness, as he did with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers with 111-104 being the final score on Thursday night, with the Greek Freak sending a message to the King.

As a matter of fact, former Lakers big man Shaquille O’Neal claims it was clear that Antetokoumpo was trying to prove he’s the new king of the league. He dropped 34 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists with a career-high five made three-pointers.

“Giannis [Antetokounmpo] is saying you have been the king for a long time; it’s my league now. Listen, he has been playing fabulous; we don’t like him shooting that three, but if you are going to knock five down five-threes, we can’t say nothing to you,” said O’Neal, via Landon Buford of Heavy.com.

This could be a prediction of what will happen later in the season, as LeBron’s quest to win the NBA championship once again could be affected by Giannis and his Bucks in a potential NBA Finals.

Both teams look very strong but Greek Freak is set to win another MVP and this time, his team could finally make that final step to win the title.
