There may be no larger critic of LeBron James than FOX Sports' star analyst Skip Bayless. Throughout LeBron's 17-year career, Mr. Bayless has always been highly combative against his legacy and his campaign for the NBA's GOAT title.

Even after James held up his fourth Championship earlier this month, Skip refused to budge on his opinions, insisting that the "King" would never surpass Michael Jordan on basketball's greatest players list.

Recently, the Lakers star took to Instagram to share a video of himself watching 'The Last Dance" with a caption that read "back at it doing my homework."

Naturally, Skip used the moment to blast James, claiming that it's proof MJ is actually the better player.

“If you publicly admit you’re studying Jordan’s 1998 year, then you’re admitting: ‘I’m not as good as he was and I’m trying to figure it out.’ That’s the message LeBron is sending to everybody.”

Needless to say, fans weren't buying the case Mr. Bayless was trying so hard to sell.

The fact is, LeBron has never outright admitted Jordan is better than him, not even during a previous watching of "The Last Dance." When asked directly about the debate, No. 23 refused to provide a real answer, instead choosing to leave the matter for the community to debate.

As a 16x All-Star, 4x Champion, 4x Finals MVP, and 4x MVP, James' track record speaks for itself. And no matter how you feel about his legacy, there's no question that, at the very least, he belongs in the conversation -- even if Skip Bayless and others refuse to accept it.
